Also the fact that Brave doesn't take $500M from Google every year like Firefox is a huge bonus. Not here to rip on Brave, I prefer their stance on true freedom and privacy (aside from KYC withdrawals!) as well as not being aligned a certain way politically like Mozilla. To name a few: spotify, twitter, reddit, some banking sites, and I can't even log into ADP even if I turn off all shields. I just found out about "forgetful browsing" in Brave which is a much better implementation being able to add exemptions with a click rather than copying domain into settings.īrave used to be more compatible and I kept it around because of that but now, using it full time there are so many issues with sites not working properly. I was using that because it was more functional for clearing cookies on exit, being capable of adding exemptions. I wanted to switch back to Brave from Librewolf.
